Terms of use
These terms apply to tickerfacts.com and to everything served from it: pages, downloads, the API, the MCP and A2A agent tools, and any figures quoted from them. By using TickerFacts you accept them.
Information, not advice
TickerFacts publishes financial information taken from companies' filings with the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission and from government statistical agencies, with figures computed from them. It is for research and education only. It is not investment, financial, legal, tax or accounting advice, and nothing on it is a recommendation to buy, sell or hold any security. TickerFacts does not know your circumstances and does not act as your adviser.
Figures may be wrong
Company filings contain errors, restatements and inconsistent labels, and TickerFacts selects, combines and computes figures from them automatically. Figures can be incomplete, out of date, mislabeled or wrong, including figures TickerFacts computes, such as free cash flow, EBITDA, growth rates, margins and trailing twelve months. Every figure links to the filing it came from: check it there before you rely on it.
No warranty
TickerFacts is provided as is and as available, without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including warranties of accuracy, completeness, timeliness, merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement. It may change, be unavailable or stop at any time.
No reliance, and limits on liability
You are responsible for your own decisions. To the fullest extent the law allows, TickerFacts and its operator are not liable for any loss or damage arising from your use of, or reliance on, the site, the API, the agent tools or any figure from them, including trading or investment losses and indirect, incidental or consequential damages.
The API and agent tools
Automated access must follow the published rate limits and the terms of any API key. If you pass TickerFacts figures to others, including through an AI assistant or agent, keep the statement that they are not investment advice and may contain errors, and link to the source filing or to TickerFacts. Do not present them as verified or as advice.
Sources
Source data comes from public government sources under their own terms, listed with licenses and retrieval dates on Sources & coverage. Filings remain the authoritative record.
Corrections
If you find an error, check the source filing, which is the authoritative record.
Changes
These terms may change. The date above shows the latest version, and continued use means you accept it.
